Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you may choose either a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.

Exceptions
Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
