- Sizing — each collar and set product page includes a sizing guide and a note on how to measure your dog's neck. Always measure before ordering.
- Delivery — we offer free standard UK delivery on all collar orders and on all orders over £50. Express delivery is available at checkout for £6.99.
- Returns — if something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
